Terms of Service

1. The service

VidStreak (“the service”, “we”) is an online service operated from France that generates AI-assisted vertical short-form content (9:16): photo carousels, and progressively video slideshows, generative videos and UGC avatars. You provide context (a product link or a niche description); the service builds a project memory and produces content from it.

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed from your account. Accounts are personal: no access sharing or resale.

3. Credits and payment

Generations are paid in credits. The cost of every action is displayed before it runs; credits are only debited upon your approval. If a generation fails permanently, the corresponding credits are automatically refunded to your balance.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy is the official seller and handles billing, taxes and payment methods. Plan credits refill monthly; one-off packs do not expire while the account is active.

4. Generated content and ownership

Exports generated from your account belong to you, commercial use included. On the Free plan, exports carry a VidStreak watermark.

You remain responsible for the context you provide (links, text, media): you warrant that you hold the necessary rights, and you must not use the service to produce content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful or infringing third-party rights (trademarks, copyright, likeness).

5. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited: circumventing quotas or the watermark, reverse engineering the service, abusive automated use (scraping, mass account creation), submitting URLs targeting internal systems, and any injection attempt aimed at hijacking the AI models.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice and, except in cases of fraud, a refund of the unconsumed paid credit balance.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI-generated content may contain errors: you remain responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid for the service in the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer warranties.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
