Every finished piece has a fixed price in credits, shown before you generate (a carousel costs 2 credits). The plan proposed by the copilot is free: credits are only debited when you approve the generation. If a render fails, credits are refunded automatically.
›What is a hit, and the streak?
A hit is a video you published that performs: you mark it in one click. The streak is your run of consecutive hits, with milestones at 10, 50 and 100. It never counts calendar days: missing a day breaks nothing.
›Who owns the generated content?
You do. Exports belong to you, commercial use included. On the Free plan, every export carries a VidStreak watermark; it disappears on paid plans.
›Where does my data go?
VidStreak follows the GDPR: database and media are hosted in the European Union. AI models only receive the marketing content needed for generation, never your identity or email. Details are in the privacy policy.
›Can I get a refund?
If a generation fails, credits return to your balance automatically. For a purchase, write to us within 30 days: we refund packs and subscriptions whose credits have not been consumed. Details are in the refund policy.
