Refund Policy

1. Failed generations: automatic refund

If a generation fails permanently, the debited credits automatically return to your balance, with no action needed on your side. It is recorded in your account history.

2. Purchases: 30-day guarantee

For a credit pack or a subscription, write to hello@vidstreak.com within 30 days of purchase: we fully refund purchases whose credits have not been consumed, and pro-rata for unconsumed credits in other reasonable cases.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time: it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Unused plan credits do not roll over at the end of the period.

4. Exceptions

No refund in case of proven violation of the Terms of Service (fraud, abuse). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
